How do I know how many emails I sent in a month?
Within your billing tab within our platform we will show how many emails you have sent within the given period.
Can I upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time?
Yes, Mailstand provides the flexibility to upgrade, downgrade or cancel your plan at any time! We also provide automatic prorating so if you upgrade or downgrade within the middle of the month we will provide a prorated credit.
Can I try all features during the free trial?
Yes! The only limitations we provide during the free trial are that we limit the number of emails you can send on a mailbox to 50 per day.
What happens if I change my plan in the middle of the month?
If you upgrade or downgrade within the middle of the month we will automatically provide a prorated adjustment to your account. If you cancel mid month, then we will keep your account active for the remainder of the month and then cancel your account.
Do you work with agencies?
Yes, Mailstand was built with agencies in mind. We actually started in the cold email space as a lead generation agency! This is why we built the workspaces feature so you can easily segment your clients and not overlap work. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions around how we can help agencies.
How does the mailbox merge work?
Mailstand allows users to have as many inboxes as they want on any given campaign. Each mailbox that you sync to the platform we will ask your for the specific mailbox's settings(ex: don't send more then 200 emails per day and space the emails apart every 2 minutes). Once the mailbox is set, we then look at the campaign settings. Our sending algorithm looks at both settings and determines when to send and from what mailbox.

We also have cool logic in place that locks a mailbox to a particular prospect/contact so that each follow up email comes from the same email address for consistency.

Do you have any plans larger than 10 mailboxes per month?
Yes, we have customer how have 100s of mailboxes. Please let us know your company's set up and we can work to build a plan that is right for you.
Do you have any daily email sending limits in place?
If you're on our paid plan, there are no sending limits that we place on your mailboxes. We do have a feature that allows you to limit and space sending on a given mailbox as you need. If you are on a free trial we limit sending to 50 emails per day.
What is your refund policy?
Mailstand does not provide any refunds and is an "as is" software product meaning we do not provide SLAs. That said, we are always improving the product and aim for a 99.99+% uptime!
Are there any set up fees or long-term contracts?
